A row scores a point when all four boxes are checked. Print this page for a blank sheet to fill in by hand.
§ 02 · How To Use It
Check each directory where your business is listed, and mark whether the name, address and phone number match exactly across all of them. Print the sheet to work through it directory by directory.
§ 03 · Why It Matters
Inconsistent listings — a suite number here, an old phone number there — are one of the most common reasons a business ranks worse locally than it should. This checklist doesn't fix it for you, but it shows you exactly where the mismatches are.
§ 04 · Want The Paid Version
NAP consistency is part of the local discipline in the SEO build, kept correct going forward as part of the monthly programme, not audited once and left to drift.
