- Have you set a service area, if you work beyond one address?
- Is your phone number correct and local?
- Is your website URL added and correct?
- Are your regular hours set and current?
- Have you added special hours for upcoming holidays?
- Have you written a complete business description?
- Have you added at least one product or service listing?
- Have you uploaded a logo?
- Have you uploaded a cover photo?
- Do you have at least ten photos of your business?
- Have you enabled messaging?
- Have you added a booking or appointment link, if applicable?
- Do you have at least five reviews?
- Have you responded to your most recent reviews?
- Have you posted an update in the last thirty days?

Answer each question honestly. Your score updates as you go, and anything marked "no" appears in the fix list below, in the order asked.
§ 03 · Why It Matters
A Google Business Profile with gaps — no hours, no photos, no recent posts — ranks worse and converts worse than a complete one, even when the underlying business is identical. Most of these gaps take minutes to fix once you know where they are.
